This episode is — more than has become the norm, perhaps — a very rambling saunter through a wide variety of topics. It begins topically enough, as Harmony Dragon and Helgraf Dragon discuss Harmony’s history with the Ultima series and with gaming.
However, when WtF Dragon is finally able to join in — roughly coincident with Harmony having to step away for a moment — the discussion goes rather off the rails, and covers topics such as moonshine (which is legal to make in Canada, with the proper licensing) and Canadian laws pertaining to alcohol and drugs. At some point, the topic of safe drinking water also comes up, and Goldenflame Dragon joins the discussion right in the middle of a chat about the distinction between waste water treatment and drinking water treatment.
And then somehow this becomes a sports podcast for a bit, before the topic shifts (again!) to board games, and then card games, and then the development of Jean-Luc Picard as a character, before ending up with some comments on Scouting and what its programming may look like in the post-COVID reality.
