Withstand the Fury Dragon returns to the podcast after an extended absence, joining Harmony Dragon, Golem Dragon, and Draxenath for a discussion about…well, many things, really.
Harmony, Drax, and Golem kick things off with a discussion about Shroud of the Avatar and Portalarium, remarking upon the current state of the game and some of the…disappointing moves that its developers have made in recent weeks. At some point, this turns into a broader discussion of role-playing games, including the tabletop kind…and we learn that not all GMs are fans of their adventurers playing the “period card” during scenarios.
Also discussed are museums — art museums, science museums, etc. — and the phenomenon of museum sleepovers, which WtF’s Cub Scouts and Beaver Scouts get to enjoy on a yearly basis. Celebrations (e.g. weddings) at public venues — and how kids are often wont to behave at such functions — also comes up. A veritable buffet of topics, as per the (new) norm!
